In addition to the management parts of this job, Jacinta does technical writing. bespoke development and participates in the training courses. Hi! I'm Kathy Reid. I work full time at Deakin University in Geelong, Australia where I'm responsible for the ITIL Problem Management process. Prior to that I worked as a web developer, primarily in PHP. In my spare time I play with technology like Linux, hang out at BarCamps, and knit :)
