Noirin Shirley is a jack of all trades, and a master of several. A technical writer by day, Noirin started working on documentation for the Apache httpd project while at university, and finding she still had time on her hands, trained as an ambulance attendant with the St John Ambulance Brigade. She helps organise the Apache Software Foundation's bi-annual conference, ApacheCon, and is actively involved in Open Source efforts around the world! She is a founder member of Digital Rights Ireland, and a Director of her local branch of the System Administrators' Guild.

Myriam R. Schweingruber

A trained pharmacist, teacher and translator, Myriam is a technology geek since her youth, now mainly interested in issues regarding Free Software.
Giving a helping hand at the FSFE booth during European events since 2001, she promotes Free Software wherever she can. Myriam is the official contact of the Ubuntu Swiss Team and also participates in the Ubuntu Women Team and the Kubuntu Team. She recently put her focus on KDE support on IRC as well as bug triaging for KDE and the Amarok Team.
She is a proud member of the KDE e.V. and a fellow of the FSFE.
