Sarah has a depth and breadth of knowledge on Web 2.0 technologies and tools through her experience of using the tools to create and manage Girl Geek Dinners events around the world. She is at the bleeding edge of the industry and is always looking for the next interesting tool and product.

In her spare time Sarah blogs (lots) and can usually be found doing various extreme and not so extreme sports ranging from road biking through to rock climbing and white water kayaking.

Sarah's educational background is some what unusual as she ended up being sponsored to do a Masters of Enterprise in Computation at UMIST (Now University of Manchester, UK). The sponsorship was due to her being identified as someone within the university with exceptional skills and talent for being innovative and entrepreneurial. This course and her desire to meddle in the latest technologies means that she has a unique view on the technology industry as a whole and is a great visionary in the industry.
