Amy serves as community and thought leader for the Enterprise Solutions Practice. The practice creates B2B and B2E workplace solutions and is dedicated to the ideal that work should be humane.

Prior to heading the Enterprise Solutions Practice, Amy was a leader in the Experience Strategy discipline. Her areas of expertise include business innovation strategy, emerging and social technologies, and information visualization. Select clients include Bain & Company, Best Buy, Citi, EMC, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Nike, and Starwood.

Amy received her B.A. from Duke University, where she also studied as a PhD fellow in Art History. She was honored as “40 Under 40” by Boston Business Journal and has been invited to speak at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
