Anne Christensen is a Web Services Librarian at the State and University Library in Hamburg, Germany. She has developed Stella, one of the best-known library chatbots, and currently works on other projects in the Library 2.0 context. Anne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science and a Master's Degree in Library in Information Science from Humboldt University in Berlin.

Nicole C. Engard received her MLIS from Drexel University in 2007. Having worked in libraries for over 7 years, she has recently accepted the position of Open Source Evangelist at LibLime.
Starting in web development and moving on to working with metadata and cataloging, she has had the opportunity to work with people in all areas of the library and can be found at conferences around the world presenting on open source and web 2.0 topics.
